By creating an account or otherwise using Vynelio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the platform.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Use a real, working email — it's how account recovery and important notices reach you. One account per person; don't create accounts on someone else's behalf without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Vynelio, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users, in rooms, chat commands, or anywhere else on the platform.
• Exploit bugs to inflate XP, streaks, or leaderboard standing rather than earning them through real use.
• Upload or link to illegal, infringing, or abusive content as a profile picture or room content.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service — for example, hammering the API, disrupting rooms you don't own, or automating actions in a way not offered by the platform itself.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create on Vynelio — room names, profile pictures, chat commands, and so on. By posting it, you give us the license needed to store and display it back to you and, where relevant, other users (e.g. a public room's name, or your avatar on a friend's profile). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post it.

Third-party integrations

Connecting Discord or Twitch is optional and governed by that platform's own terms in addition to ours. We're not responsible for the availability or behavior of those third-party services.

Service availability

Vynelio is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uptime or that any given feature will stay exactly as it is today. We may add, change, or remove features as the platform evolves.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vynelio is provided without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If a change is significant, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
